We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us through our first time buying a home. We started looking for a home in Spring 2021, which happened to be one of the craziest times to buy a home. Courtney was there every step of the way and reassured us that if we wanted a home, we were going to get one. We knew we lucked out with our realtor the first day we met her. She was such a pleasure to talk to, she was a great listener and helped us prioritize our needs, and she sent us so much helpful information. And that was only in the first 24 hours! When we started looking at houses, she would reach out to agents right after a showing and we would have new information about that house by the time we met her 15 minutes down the road at another house show. She would set up showings all over Denver and was happy to make last-minute bookings for houses we may have seen on the app or on a drive. She always kept us in the loop about our neighborhoods of interest and the market in general. She was positive we were going to find a house and remained optimistic even when we thought it may not happen. Then, not only did she find us a home that met almost all of our needs, but she found it in our dream neighborhood! Our closing date was moved and ended up falling on the same day that we had tickets to the MLB Allstar game and Courtney made sure the process went smoothly AND dropped us off at the stadium so we didn’t have to miss the first pitch while looking for parking! Courtney provided so many great vendor recommendations for our first few home projects and sent over design ideas for future projects. She still checks up on us and has been happy to provide any support as we navigate our first year as homeowners. She really is the best, and we are beyond grateful for everything she has done for us!

Courtney truly was the biggest blessing during our first home buyer experience. She went above and beyond for every showing, every detail of closing, and even after closing is still with us every step of the way. She truly is the epitome of a dream come true to work with and made it so easy and stress free to buy a home (trust me, I didn’t think that was possible either). She even had our home cleaned after we moved in and took our pup on a walk while it was getting clean. Courtney is absolutely amazing! She helped us purchase our first home and we wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. There are so many great things we could say about Courtney, but the biggest thing is that she clearly cared about us as people and the most important thing to her was to help us in any way she could. We met Courtney and told her right off the bat that we weren’t sure if or when we wanted to buy a house. She was extremely patient and spent tons of time with us looking at houses to figure out our preferences for budget, location, house style and more. We had multiple hurdles in the buying process (outside of Courtney’s control), but she worked so hard to help us overcome them and made it as easy as possible for us. Courtney was always available to help no matter what time of day. We cannot recommend Courtney enough!

Courtney was able to sell our home for $20k above asking during the initial quarantine portion of the Pandemic - I'm not sure that I need to say more than that - But I will. The sale of my house was also part of a divorce. Courtney was diplomatic and effective at working with both me and my ex-wife to sell a home when many people were losing financing, and when most people were afraid to have Open Houses. If she can sell under those circumstances, she'll knock it out of the park with the easy stuff!

Courtney has been nothing short of amazing throughout our home-buying experience. We had so many unexpected twists (ended up 45 minutes from where we initially started our search, during a very tumultuous few months in the real estate market) -- and Courtney was an expert at showing us the best options quickly AND keeping our spirits up. She's the most hands-on realtor we've ever worked with -- and also the most fun! We would not consider working with anyone else in the Denver area, and recommend her wholeheartedly!

Buying a new home is stressful, even when under the best circumstances. My recent real estate transaction took place during a difficult transition in my life, making it even more challenging. Thankfully, I had Courtney by my side every step of the way to simplify and de-mystify the process. With her guidance and education, I was able to purchase a home far beyond my hopes and expectations. Her attention to detail and the service she offers to her clients is incredible. After the move, Courtney even went to check on my dog several times while I was working to make sure she was okay in her new home! Courtney is the greatest! Really really mean that. She is such a strong driving force, nothing stops her or slows her down, or gets in her way. She will go waaaay above and beyond for her clients because she treats them like family. She will only ever sell or buy something that she would have her own family in. Broken knees, weather disasters, pandemics.... you name it, NOTHING stops her, slows her down, or gets in her way for helping clients with their homes (buying or selling). She is so fierce when it comes to research and intelligence with navigating through the crazy housing market.
